Scene Auto picks the preset for every video and keeps watching while it processes: when the scene changes (blue water → reef → wreck) the correction follows with a smooth 1.5 s transition. Strength 100 % 100 % = full correction. Lower keeps more of the original look. Greenish waterAlso lifts blue. For lakes, fjords and algae-rich water. Red recovery 100 How much of the red the water took is brought back. Lower keeps open water blue, higher warms reefs. Contrast 50 How hard the flat underwater contrast is stretched. Lower = natural, higher = punchy. Saturation 100 % Colour intensity after the correction.

Analysis rate How often the colors are re-measured. Lower = slightly more accurate, higher = faster. Smoothing Median over several frames so colours never flicker. Auto uses what suits each scene (8–30 frames). Denoise Calms the grain in night dives, murky water and footage the correction has to push hard (overexposed, red clipped by the camera) before the colours are boosted. Moving divers and fish stay sharp. Costs a little speed. Warmth Neutral Cooler ← → warmer, on top of the automatic correction. Same for every video. Output size 5.3K and 5K sources are scaled to 4K by default: H.264 encodes several times faster than HEVC and plays everywhere. Choose "Same as source" to keep 5.3K. Video format HEVC needs about 30 % fewer bits for the same detail, so from an H.264 source the file comes out about 30 % smaller at every quality level (an HEVC source keeps its size). Some older TVs and editors, and Windows without the HEVC extension, cannot play it. Output quality
